The first class today was in the iLab. While waiting the teacher to come, I took a picture of two of my classmates. Hannes, the right one, comes from Switzerland, and the other, I forgot his name, is from Nicaragua.
In the second class, Rory played a traveling video about Mexico, and assigned a weekend homework of an assay about it.

My lunch today: rice, fries, chicken and salad. The rice tasted very strange, I could feel the individual grain in my mouth, kind of like feed for animals, and I never ordered it again.

After the mail, 6 of our group and the team leader, we called him "uncle", went to the Waterloo East station where we took the train to Greenwich.

Greenwich

Finally there was a picture of our uncle. We were standing before a church, and uncle was explaining the history. Because he didn't like to be taken picture, I only had this kind of unofficial one.

Performance in Church

St. Alfege Church

We went to Greenwich Market after visiting Cutty Sark, and I still didn't buy anything here.

Cutty Sark.
Uncle did tell us about the ship, but I only remembered that he (or she) was the fasted ship at that time.

While every one was strolling in Greenwich Market, I went to Old Royal Naval College to take some photos.

I didn't go inside the building of the college, and I was not interested in it, just took some pictures and went back to the market.

National Maritime Museum.
It is not free to enter, so we only took picture outside. There is an airplane in front of the museum, some one said the plane is the only one that can take off vertically.

The lawn beside the museum

Then we went to Royal Observatory where lays Prime Meridian. The yellow ball on the roof rise and drop at 13:00, but I don't know the reason.

Between National Maritime Museum and Royal Observatory is the Greenwich Park. The observatory is located at a hill, so you can expect to have a better view.

I don't know the importance of this clock, there are illustrations below the clock, but it seemed nobody noticed it. At the back side of the clock, an A4 paper with GMT on it can be printed by a machine for £1.

It's free to enter the observatory, but we still had to take the ticket for entrance.

Many people queuing for taking picture with the mark of Prime Meridian.

There are many antique and modern clocks in the museum. Since I took a class called The Mystery of Time in the last semester, I was interested in the clocks especially Harrison's H1 to H4. And photography in most part of the museum is forbidden.

We ate our dinner in Tai Won Mein again, but this store in Greenwich is the head store. Having the lesson of last time, I shared Singapore Fried Rice with other one.

Then we took DLR (Docklands Light Railway, kind of like underground above the ground) to St. Paul's Cathedral.

Millennium Bridge.
Tate Modern is opposite St. Paul's Cathedral.

I didn't like visiting art museum, so I went to 4th floor, there is a balcony outside the coffee shop. I took some pictures, and waited for the night coming.

22:00, we went to Tower Bridge, but that was an unpleasant experience. Because I was eager to take a nice picture, I left others behind and went forward. After finishing my work, I couldn't find the others so I kept going keeper...
Though I came back alone only one minute late to the others, uncle was a little bit angry, because he spent 20 minutes searching for me near Tower Bridge. And all I could say about that was sorry, sorry, and sorry.
